Implementation Manager, Timekeeping Solutions

The Implementation Manager provides leadership to Tyler’s project management teams and oversees the region’s implementation project accounts to deliver quality services to clients on time and within budget.

Little Rock, Arkansas

Responsibilities

  • Manage resources within prescribed team to align teams to projects based on the scope and complexity of the projects, experience of individual team members, and team revenue goals to fulfill the sales and service agreements of every client account.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with support, development and other implementation teams to ensure resource commitments are met and to resolve outstanding implementation issues.
  • Participate in Sales forecast process to monitor and manage new sales opportunities
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables per the agreed to contract terms, ensuring quality for client satisfaction and revenue recognition.
  • Forecast and provide monthly revenue numbers in support of the entire team’s performance and be accountable for results.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with support, development and other implementation teams to ensure resource commitments are met and to resolve outstanding implementation issues.
  • Work with the sales team in presales engagements to present implementation methodology, assist with the creation of the statement of work, and answer questions to fulfill proposal responses.
  • Ensure that group training programs, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities are provided regularly to assist with the professional development and product knowledge of team members.
  • Prepare the annual budget for the region’s capital requirements, educational and professional development needs, and staffing requirements.
  • Participate in customer visits as needed to help resolve high-level issues.
  • Manage employees on the team by addressing performance issues, conducting regular reviews, and participating in the hiring of staff.
  • Develop and maintain reference clients in each region to help increase sales.
  • Work toward obtaining PMP certification and maintain status after certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or related field, or comparable work experience.
  • Three to five years’ experience with Tyler products or similar products.
  • Two to four years’ management experience.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to be a positive, professional, team-oriented leader that fosters good morale and staff development.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel required.
